General Information
These terms of sale apply to all purchases of services from RAKN.io, which is owned and operated by xz ehf. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

Product Description
RAKN provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription that enables real-time sharing of positional data and video feeds between drone operators, command centers, and ground personnel. The service is designed for multi-agency incidents to improve situational awareness and is provided on a tiered monthly subscription basis. A detailed description of each subscription tier and its features is available on our website. The service is intended for professional use and requires a compatible device, such as those running DJI Pilot 2.
Purchase and Payment
A customer must actively accept these terms during the checkout process before a purchase can be completed.
Customers in Iceland. All transactions are processed in Icelandic Krona (ISK). The final price will be clearly displayed before payment is confirmed. We accept payments via Visa and Mastercard as well as bank claims. Logos for accepted card networks are displayed in the payment section.
Customers outside Iceland. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders outside Iceland. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders. Prices are in euros, or in US dollars in the United States, and Paddle adds the VAT or sales tax that applies where you are. The final price will be clearly displayed before payment is confirmed. Orders through Paddle are also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
Delivery of Service
RAKN is a digital service. Upon successful completion of a subscription purchase, the customer will receive immediate access to the service. There are no shipping costs or physical delivery associated with our service.
Cancellations and Refunds
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access to the service will continue until the end of the billing cycle. A payment can be refunded within 14 days of the transaction if the service has not been used since the payment was made. Once the service has been used, payments are non-refundable.

Privacy and Data Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website, describes how we handle personal information. All payment card information is handled securely by our certified payment processor. We do not store or have access to your full card details.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Icelandic law. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the District Court of Reykjavík (Héraðsdómur Reykjavíkur).
